Morocco is magical. For decades, I’ve been drawn to Moroccan weddings and spoiled with photographing a couple of myself. There’s nothing like a normal Moroccan fete – colorful decoration in ornate palaces, dramatic gown modifications, and enormous tiered cakes. Today’s motivation celebrates these regal old-fashioned Moroccan elements catered towards the couple that is modern.
Benefiting from her family trip home, Charlotte Ricard of Los Angeles Fete designed and planned a bridal styled shoot complement Moroccan royalty. The stunning palace ended up being filled up with colorful florals, textiles, treats and balloons and combined with luxe classic silver and gold lanterns, tables and crockery. Six tiers seemed sufficient for this kind of royal occasion – the standard cake, in bright candy colors and gilded therefore ornately, is a showstopper that is absolute.
